What's a “lead-view”?
One parcel pulled into your stack. Pulling the same parcel multiple times in a 30-day window only counts as one. Webhook deliveries, CSV rows, and API responses all count the same way — one parcel, one view.
What happens if I hit my quota?
You get a heads-up at 80%. At 100%, your feed pauses for the rest of the cycle — no surprise overage charges, ever. Upgrade tiers anytime; the new quota kicks in immediately and prorates.
Why does the trial require a card?
It keeps the feed clean. Everyone on terminal.house has skin in the game, which means our data quality, our support response time, and our roadmap reflect actual operators — not curiosity browsers.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the first 14 days and your card is never charged. After day 14, billing starts. Cancel later and your account is paused — data preserved 90 days, reactivate within that window to restore.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No. The 14-day free trial is the trial — we don't double up with a refund window after billing. If terminal.house doesn't fit your workflow, cancel during the trial and walk away clean.
Do you have a free tier?
No free tier. We've seen too many ghost accounts kill data quality on competing platforms. The lowest-friction path is the 14-day trial — you'll know within a week if it pays for itself.
Which tier should I start on?
Operator ($199) for almost everyone. Starter is for kicking the tires; Team is for groups; Custom is for funds and agencies pulling 10,000+ leads. If unsure, start at Operator — you can downshift to Starter without losing data.
